Hot Pilates Event 🔥 This is a **heated Pilates class**—not a traditional heated studio. We intentionally warm specific areas of the space so temperatures range from **80–90°F**, and in certain zones it can feel closer to **95°F due to the humidifier**. You get to choose the level of heat that feels best for your body.
