Join us in the RAWC as Lifted Fitness Studio brings H.E.A.T. to OBU on Saturday, October 10th. This pop-up fitness class is part of their Pink Week Breast Cancer fundraiser. It combines light weights and high reps set to the beat of heart pumping music to ramp up your heart rates, torch calories and strengthen your entire body. Donations are being accepted in lieu of registration fees. This class is open to the public.
