Heart Light Magic: Gentle Yoga with Music & Meditation

Come join us for a beautiful experience out in nature, including a 20-25 minute gentle yoga routine, followed by a 15-20 group meditation, with some music incorporated as well. The last 15 minutes or so will be a time for spiritual discussion connected to the meditation, with tea and cookies provided! We meet at Hospitality Point by the gazebo near the main parking lot, and then move over to the grass, overlooking the bay and ocean areas. There will also be an opportunity for sunset viewing as well. This group is intended for all ages of adults 18+. The core focus of our meditations has to do with aligning with one's "Heart Light" and embracing one's heart qualities, focusing on Love, Light, Peace, and so forth. The more we are able to see life through the lens of "Heart Light Magic," this may bring greater joy and appreciation into one's current life circumstances while also setting the tone for a wonderful future as well. Each week's meditation will be a transformative opportunity to connect to one's "Heart Light", shifting into the energy of even greater Love and Light, one step at a time. Your presence will be greatly appreciated as we support and uplift each other through this process! What to bring: It may be helpful for everyone to bring a yoga mat, or small blanket to sit on, along with a sweater, or whatever else you may need to stay comfortable. Where to meet: We'll meet by the gazebo next to the parking lot of Hospitality Point, which is at 792 Quivira Way, San Diego CA 92109. After a few minutes we will transition over to the nearby grassy area.
