A heartsong circle is where you get to spend time singing (and drumming with) inspiring ideas you desire to believe! Gather with sweet humans who love using our voices and rhythms to uplift and heal together. No need to "be a good singer" as we all have beautiful sounds and vibrations to contribute. We create a very welcoming and encouraging space for all voices. Singing and drumming in community is joyful, relaxing, and health affirming. Calms the nervous system, deepens the breath, and synchronizes the heart to resonate with fellow singers. You may: * Learn simple songs line-by-line, join or create harmonies, and feel the vibes of live music. * Choose to be silly and lovingly connect with your inner child. * Share an original or favorite song, play your instrument or drum in support of the voices. * Participate in brief conversations on topics including life, healing, self-compassion, and world peace. Laughter and merriment are guaranteed! Themes range from playful to profound, and we have fun co-creating on the spot.
