About this event
Allendale - Quilt Room. Hearing loss is a common part of aging, but it doesn’t have to be something you simply learn to live with. Join Joanne Salvesen, ACA, BC-HIS, an Audioprosthologist - Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences and New Jersey-licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser with more than 30 years of experience in hearing healthcare, for an informative presentation about the importance of taking care of your hearing. Learn how untreated hearing loss can affect communication, balance, cognition, and overall safety, as well as why early intervention can make a difference. Joanne will also provide practical information about hearing aids, what to consider when exploring your options, and how addressing hearing loss can support your quality of life. You will have the option to have a complimentary ear wax inspection and to also make an appointment for a full screening. Come learn more about your hearing health and leave with information to help you make informed decisions about your hearing and well-being.
