About this event

6-week workshop series presented by UNR Extension 4-H Youth Development Each session features a children's book, engaging discussions, and hands-on activities that encourage youth to practice positive behaviors they can use at home, in school, and with friends. Youth will explore topics such as: Building self-confidence Making and keeping healthy friendships Solving problems and handling challenges Making smart, responsible decisions Understanding and respecting differences Developing healthy habits Practicing kindness and mindfulness Recognizing positive and negative influences Healthy Me helps children grow into confident, caring, and resilient individuals while fostering a lifelong love of reading.
