Relax and rebalance mind, body and spirit through singing bowls and yogic sleep Thursday, Oct. 1, 1:45–2:30 p.m. U.S. Central Time Rebalance mind, body and spirit through the soothing, penetrating power of healing sound and vibration via singing bowls. Then drop into deepest levels of relaxation and peace through authentic, age-old yogic sleep (yoga nidra)—a reclined, meditative experience used by stress-reduction clinics, integrative health care, as well as mystics who savor resting in blissful Oneness with The Sacred. We will close with prayerful sound healing, including a lower-octave bowl played on or near (your choice) the shrine of your heart. This time of relaxation will be facilitated by Kathy Broghammer.
