About this event

This restorative workshop creates a warm and welcoming environment for connection, reflection, and collective healing. Participants start with a grounding exercise and enjoy a heartfelt “Sawubona” (“I see you”) call-and-response, fostering a sense of community. Gentle moments are included for participants to share times when they felt truly seen, strengthening our bonds. A soothing sound bath with calming instruments helps everyone relax, ease stress, and gain emotional clarity. The session wraps up with peaceful reflection or journaling, closing with a circle of affirmations that leave everyone feeling inspired and connected. Kaiyah, a native of Chicago, is passionate about uplifting and encouraging everyone she encounters. Guided by her motto, “I see you, and you matter,” she founded her company, U R ENOUGH, to focus on affirmation, visibility, and healing. With more than twenty years of experience leading wellness workshops, Kaiyah continues to expand and deepen her practice, creating spaces that promote connection, restoration, and empowerment.
