Harmonic Breath is coming to Wilmington for a special three-hour guided breathwork and live music experience at the Brooklyn Arts Center. Led by breathwork facilitator Wael Shukha with original live music by Simon Raphael, this immersive journey combines rhythmic breathing with instruments such as didgeridoo, handpan, guitar, percussion, and live looping. The experience is designed to help release tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect you with your inner rhythm. No previous breathwork experience is needed.
