Hand-Printed Holiday Cards Workshop

Explore the art of relief carving and create two unique sets of hand-printed holiday cards to share with friends and family. In this workshop, you will learn simple and accessible printmaking techniques that do not require large or specialized equipment—just tools you can easily use at home. From carving your own design into a printing block to inking and printing on card stock, you will gain hands-on experience and leave with beautiful, handmade cards and the skills to continue printmaking on your own. The Windgate Art School is generously supported by the Windgate Foundation with additional support from Sherry Worthen in memory of George Worthen. The Windgate Art School’s Reduced Tuition Program is supported by Michael Laughter. Reduced tuition is automatically applied to all classes through 2026.
