Using versatile brush pens, you’ll learn how to create expressive letters, smooth strokes, and eye‑catching flourishes—all without the formality of dip pens or ink wells. Perfect for creatives of all levels, this workshop breaks hand lettering into approachable steps. Students will explore brush control, pressure techniques, bounce lettering, and simple embellishments that make words truly come alive. By the end, you’ll have the confidence to design your own lettered quotes, gift tags, cards, and decorative pieces. Whether you’re an artist looking to expand your skills or simply someone who loves pretty letters, this class offers a relaxed, inspiring environment where you can experiment, play, and develop your personal lettering style. Class takes place on Tuesday, October 27 at 6pm to 8pm at 601 Georgian Place, Somerset. The cost is $30 nonmembers/$24 members plus a $15 materials fee.
