Hand drumming is a simple way to express yourself through music, and a powerful form of meditation with remarkable positive emotional, mental, and physical impacts. It can help reduce stress and anxiety, relieve depression, improve mental clarity and focus, build muscle, core physical strength, and improve cardiovascular stamina, all while have fun.
