Halloween Sugar Cookie Decorating

About this event

In this class, you will learn how to use royal icing to decorate 3 Halloween-themed cookies to take home. You will receive hands-on instruction in several professional decorating techniques such as: outlining and flooding, piping, flooding in sections, and wet on dry piping. Although we will not be baking in class, (cookies will be provided!) you will also receive a tried and tested sugar cookie recipe, as well as instruction on how to cut out and bake cookies to hold their shape. You will also receive a royal icing recipe, and learn about icing consistencies, how to color icing, and how to work with piping bags. In the end, you should feel well-equipped to make your own cookies at home!
