Hack the Backlog: Build AI Apps and Agents Your Business Runs On

Every team has a backlog of tools too small for a dev sprint and too specific for SaaS. Build them in your own words. Join Base44 and Dallas AI for a hands-on build session for AI and innovation leaders and the builders who work with them. Bring a real problem from your organization and leave with a working AI app built around it. In most enterprises, the teams closest to the problem are the furthest from the tools they need, so they get by with spreadsheets and shadow AI that IT eventually has to clean up. Here you’ll see a different operating model: the people who understand the problem build the solution, on a platform built for IT to govern. You’ll build on Base44, an AI platform for building production-ready apps and AI agents. Describe what you need and Base44 builds the design, data and logic, with the backend, authentication and hosting built in. Teams in every department use it to build internal tools in days, not quarters. What you’ll learn Where AI delivers value fastest How to turn a business problem into a working app and agent in one session How to keep the tools that own your data and replace the ones that only display it How to take one team’s build to an organization-wide operating model Laptops will be required.
