Be yourself, bring an open heart, and shrink your focus to the present moment, in an open, free-flowing conversation about mindful living in a world filled with stress, judgment, and paradoxical experiences. *We've explored a couple alternative locations for this event, but we'll be coming back to Capital One Cafe for this one. I'll do my best to snag the closed off room in the seating area upstairs.*
