Every moment is an opportunity for mindful awareness, balance, and intentional living in alignment with your values. Grounded Conversations is a space to slow down and talk about how to stay more present in a world that teaches us not to, while living in a body that's wired to use the past to predict the future. I'll be your mindfulness guide as we explore the layers, ironies, stressors, and joys of life... and everything in between. Arrive a little early if you'd like to grab any beverage or food, and head upstairs where I'll be waiting for you in the seating area.
