That's the Groove DanceFloor™ — and here, you can only get it right. Here's the magic of it: we all unite in a couple of simple, feel-good rhythms each song, but how you dance them is entirely yours. There's no mirror to follow, no "right side / left side," no front or back of the room, no choreography to get wrong. Created by Misty Tripoli as part of The World Groove Movement, this is freeform movement built on one beautiful idea: *there is no wrong way to dance.* Come exactly as you are. Every age, every size, every fitness level, every body. The shy first-timer and the lifelong dancer share the same floor here — and both leave lighter. Your 90-minute journey: * A gentle warm-up to wake the body up * Core dancing that rises and falls — slow and meditative one moment, heart-thumping the next, as we move through different musical worlds together * A cool-down to ease the heart rate back home * And a closing of stillness & reflection — breath, grounding, and a moment to land before you carry that glow into your weekend This is movement as stress-relief and reseting our nervous system in the best sense: stress melts, the mind and body reconnect, the room fills with that warm oxytocin hum of people moving and laughing together.
