Are you having a difficult time working through the grief process? Grief is personal and painful. It is difficult to navigate and letting go of the physical can be a very difficult task for many people. In this class we will discuss the grief process, how to accept our loss, and more importantly how to live past it. To end the class there will be a very special meditation session to help facilitate the process of moving forward in memory and not loss.
