Gratitude, Loss and the Liminal

About this event

This event is intended for an adult audience. This one-hour event will be a combination of instrumental music and spoken-word poetry. We will be offering three pieces with space in between each one for you to contemplate and reflect on how the music and words touched you. Perhaps the felt sense in your body, or a memory, or the emotions that rose, or something else? An invitation to pause and linger in the essence of what you heard. We’ll offer a few prompts, have paper and pens available, and places for you to sit and share with others if you’d like. We’ll cultivate silence in the midst of sound.
