Grassroots: Afternoon in the Park

One of the coolest events we've had during our first year (IMHO) was a hangout in the park last summer. Sooo, we're going to do it again! 🤗 Let's meet and chill at Laurelhurst Park. Bring a blanket, any activity (art or writing supplies, an instrument, ball to kick or throw, etc.), and snacks/drinks that you’d like (no peanuts pls). As always, cannabis friendly. 💨 Where to go: We'll meet on the northeast side of the park - near "Picnic Table E" - in an open, grassy area. If you enter where SE Laurelhurst Place runs into SE Ankeny, walk into the park and take your first left. (Alternatively, if you come in from the other side at the intersection of SE Ankeny and César Chávez, take a right on the first sidewalk just after you enter the park.) We’re planning to get a spot with both shade and sun. I’ll have the big pan pride flag + a rainbow blanket. *Map pin is accurate as well*. See you there!
