Rounding out the program: Respighi's Fountains of Rome opens with a splash of vivid orchestral color, and soprano Magdalena Kuzma, winner of the 2026 GJSO Young Artists Competition, joins for two vocal works: Barber's Knoxville: Summer of 1915, a deeply personal setting of James Agee's poetry, and "Quando m'en vo" from La Bohème.
