About this event
Good Neighbors is our monthly Improv Comedy show where we invite a notable local guest to tell stories that inspire a hilarious hour of scenes and characters, raising money for a local nonprofit chosen by the guest! October’s guest is Jordan Lema, raising money for the CEPA Gallery! Jordan Lema is the CEO of Lemur Studios and City Producer of the Buffalo 48 Hour Film Project. He helps businesses tell their stories through video and brings hundreds of local filmmakers together through an annual filmmaking competition. Jordan serves on the UB Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership Advisory Board, previously served as Vice President of Communications for American Advertising Federation Buffalo, and was named to Buffalo Business First’s 40 Under 40 in 2020. Under his direction with the Buffalo 48 Hour Film Project, he activates hundreds of filmmakers per year to make 40 films in an exciting weekend! CEPA’s promise to the community is to lower barriers to fine and exploratory arts by providing free exhibitions, affordable educational opportunities, and support for artists of all levels. CEPA’s gallery spaces are open to the public at no cost. CEPA offers photography education for students as young as five through workshops, long-term educational programs, classes, and one-on-one tutorials. We bring traditional photography into the community through initiatives like the Mobile Darkroom and provide low-cost access to our darkroom, digital lab, and photo studio! ★★★★★ Ticket prices for this show are suggested presale prices. Pay-What-You-Can Pricing will be available @ the box office beginning 20 minutes before showtime!
