Join Licensed Massage Therapist Krista Ward for a gong immersion meditation session. Reduce your stress and anxiety in this immersive sound experience. Bring your own mat, pillows, blankets, and bolster pillows for added comfort. Each session uses a different type of gong. The session will be roughly 30 minutes with questions and conversation afterward.
