Come get hands-on and learn how to create a next level brunch dishes using seasonal ingredients, influenced by foods and spices found around the world, and components that can be made ahead of time to make your meal easy yet elegant. You’ll start off by making French Boulangere Potatoes, with the comforting trifecta of butter, potatoes, and cheese. Next, you’ll make Shakshuka, a spiced tomato sauce served with eggs and bread, popular in African and Middle Eastern culture. Mexican Chilaquiles with fresh made chips, made-from-scratch sauce, and garnishes like avocado, cilantro, and crema will round out this exciting and flavorful class!
