Global Birding Day at Point

About this event

Visit Point State Park on this second weekend of October, also known as Global Bird Weekend! Take this opportunity for a guided walk around the park identifying some of the migrating species resting for their long journey south. Meet the park educator near the entrance of the Fort Pitt Museum to get started. Binoculars will be available on a first come, first serve basis, and there is no cost, registration, or knowledge about birds required.
