Fridays, September 4 & 18, 2026 3pm – 7pm Promotion Rules Prize One (1) Gift Public Notice: This promotion is advertised via direct mail, property signage, social media, and public-address system announcements. Promotion rules are available at the Player’s Club and online at jakes58.com. Rules: This promotion is open to Invited Jake’s 58 Player’s Club Members. Invited Members are eligible to receive one (1) gift on the giveaway date. Limited to the first 1,300 invited members who print and redeem their Gift Voucher at the Designated Promotions Area. Members may be offered a choice to receive Free Play in lieu of the gift invited for at Management’s discretion. If inventory is depleted, qualifying members may receive a replacement gift or Free Play. Invited Members must: Print a Gift Voucher from any Video Lottery Terminal gaming machine during the Promotional Period. Gift Voucher redemption will close five (5) minutes before the end of the Promotional Period. Present the Gift Voucher at the Designated Promotions Area during the Promotional Period to redeem their gift. A Marketing Representative will verify the Member’s account, government-issued photo ID, and Gift Voucher before distributing the gift. Gifts will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Limit one (1) redemption per Invited Member. General: Must be a Jake’s 58 Player’s Club Member. Membership is free to those who are 18 years or older that can present a valid state or federally issued picture I.D.
