Ghanani: A Multi-Generational Music Workshop Join Heritage Ambassador Fatin Jarara for Ghanani, an interactive workshop celebrating the Palestinian tradition of folkloric singing circles. Participants will learn traditional Palestinian songs in Arabic and have the opportunity to reflect on and share family / cultural traditions that help preserve history, identity, and heritage. Lyric sheets with English translations and transliterations will be provided. Traditional Palestinian refreshments will also be served on a first-come, first-served basis. This welcoming, all-ages program brings the community together through music, culture, and shared learning. No musical experience is required.
