GFG Presents Sorcery: Contested Realm Constructed Tournament

Join us at **Guild Forge Games — Willoughby Hills** for a **Sorcery: Contested Realm Constructed Tournament!** This event is a great chance for local Sorcery players to meet, play several rounds, and help build a regular Sorcery community at the Forge. We are keeping this event simple, structured, and beginner-friendly for players who already have a constructed deck ready to play. ## Event Details **Date:** Sunday, September 27, 2026 **Time:** 1:00 PM **Location:** Guild Forge Games — Willoughby Hills **Address:** 2804 SOM Center Rd Suite 4, Willoughby Hills, OH **Entry:** $10 **Format:** Constructed **Tournament Structure:** Swiss-style pairings **Rounds:** 3 rounds **Match Structure:** One game per round **Prizes:** Tiered Prizes This will be a **3-round Swiss-style tournament**. Players will be paired against opponents with similar records each round. You are not eliminated after a loss, so all players should be able to play all 3 scheduled rounds. Each round will be one game. After 3 rounds, final standings will determine 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. If there are multiple players tied for first place, the tournament organizer may run one additional tie-breaking round between the top players to determine the final winner. Players should bring a legal **Sorcery: Contested Realm Constructed deck**. Each player should bring: * 1 Avatar * A Spellbook of at least 60 spell cards * An Atlas of at least 30 site cards * A Collection of up to 10 cards, if used * Any tokens, dice, counters, playmat, grid, or other materials needed to play This event will use the current **Sorcery: Contested Realm Constructed rules.** Rarity copy limits apply: * **Ordinary:** up to 4 copies * **Exceptional:** up to 3 copies * **Elite:** up to 2 copies * **Unique:** up to 1 copy **Tiered prizes will be awarded based on attendance and final placement.** Newer Sorcery players are welcome, but this is a Constructed event, so players should bring a complete legal deck.
