German Pretzels and Beer Dip Workshop

About this event

In this hands-on class, students will work in groups of three to mix the pretzel dough, then each participant will shape four pretzels. The pretzels will be boiled, placed on baking sheets, and baked in Café Meridian’s commercial kitchen. While they bake, the instructor will demonstrate how to make beer cheese dip. Participants will sample their finished pretzels and package them to take home. The Flour Pot will provide all ingredients, equipment, and packaging for this make and take culinary experience. She is also the co-operator of Mulva Cultural Center’s Meridian Caf é.
