Upstairs, Oak View Room. A gentle moving meditation to restore balance to the body and mind. Join us Monday evenings to practice Yoga in a comfortable and friendly setting. We meet in person, upstairs, in the Oakview Room at the Walnut Creek Library. Please drop in, no registration is required, and all abilities and experience levels are welcome.
