2nd Floor , Columbia Pike Library. A gentle yoga class designed to focus on breathing and destressing. Join us for a one-hour gentle yoga class that focuses on reducing stress, promoting mindfulness, and maintaining mobility. Yoga is for everyone. The guiding principle is: do as much as you can. Yoga affects the whole body-mind complex. Regular practice brings physical benefits like more strength, flexibility, balance, better coordination and control. Subtle benefits include greater awareness of one's own body and mind, better focus, more confidence, calmness, and relaxation. No experience necessary. What to Bring: Yoga mat Water bottle Thick towel Positive attitude! Please take responsibility for your own physical capacity when attending this session.
