The heart of SmartFLOW is creative and intelligent sequencing that takes the body and mind on a dynamic journey of inquiry and empowerment. This class is suitable for all levels of practitioner, from beginner to advanced. Modifications will be given to allow beginning yogis to build a strong foundation and for more advanced yogis to expand their practice and asana expression.
