Gelli Plate Printmaking Workshop

Create unique colorful artworks with a monoprinting technique that is rapidly growing in popularity: gelli plate printmaking. Gelli plate printmaking uses minimal equipment, is affordable to practice, and is easy on the body to work with. You will learn to layer colors, incorporate stencils, and use found objects to print one-of-a-kind images onto paper. This a fun and immersive workshop that is perfect for the beginner or experienced artist. Please bring your lunch. The workshop will take a lunch break from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. The Windgate Art School is generously supported by the Windgate Foundation with additional support from Sherry Worthen in memory of George Worthen.
