BRING YOUR BESTIE! $30 per person, $25 for club members [does not include wine]. Join local teacher, Katie Dimitri, in the Echolands cellar for yoga and sound! We'll move slowly, preparing the body + mind through connection to breath and simple, deep-stretch shapes before settling into an extended Sound Bath savasana. —> 75 minute experience, approx 30min yoga, 45min sound bath —> All levels welcome (ages 14+) —> What to bring: A yoga mat, blanket +/or cushions, water, and comfortable layers.
