Fusion Collective Belly Dance

Welcome to our Fusion Collective Foundation Dance Class (please check below for detailed directions to dance studio) Your Dance instructor: Denell Our Dance Style is a blend of the Vintage, Modern American Tribal Fusion Belly Dance In this class we learn the art of Fusion Belly Dance from the ground up. Please watch this video and you will get a better understanding of what I do in class and how you will learn. https://youtu.be/xxZQpXaAj_I?is=BWqMeEI0ry6uLPQP Class Begins with a complete warmup/stretch in preparation for Dance You will learn Basic movement/steps with an understanding of body mechanics explained. Class will end with relaxing stretches. Please come to class with an open heart Eat a light meal/snack one to two hours prior to class Please wear clothing that allows for movement (example work out/yoga wear) Please bring: Yoga Matt Water A scarf or hip belt if you have one. However, it is not necessary for dance. We dance in our Bare Feet (dance shoes/dance sandals are acceptable if that is your preference) Minimum age for students are 15 years old with parents written approval. Future performance opportunities (optional but not mandatory) available. Happy Dancing
