WHERE: On sand between W Great Neck beach access & Delta Hotel (behind Mariners Mark Condos) Most Tuesdays / Thursdays / Sundays in June/July (7:30-8:45p) Pay-What-You-Can Community Yoga Classes are back! Beach location on the map, in case of rain will be held at Brad’s wrestling room. Make new friends in a safe & supportive environment while treating yourself with Virginia Beach semi-pro beach volleyball competitor & coach, local Instructor “Vibrant with Vic!” Suitable for all levels - and ages. Parking is free in lot. Bringing your own mat & beach towel is suggested. Full Moon yoga manifestation is for getting rid of the negative, the things that no longer serve you. Letting go to negative influences is hard but holding on will ultimately make your life harder - empty your cup and the universe will fill it - if you let it
