**Join me this Full moon for a powerful healing experience in nature. On this nature walk, we will be working with Mother Earth in spiritual practice. On this journey, you will experience a deep connection to nature through walking meditation, breath work, and earth-based healing practices. I will be holding ceremonial space on this walk, and you can expect to experience a full energetic and nervous system recalibration.
