About this event
Gather under each Full Moon to pause, reflect, and release what no longer serves in a cozy, creative, heart-centered circle. We explore the energies of the current Full Moon with gentle journaling prompts, settle into a short guided meditation, and then spend about 30 minutes creating an abstract mandala while listening to a playlist curated by Amplified Chicago.
