Full Moon Cosmic Sound Journey

About this event

Welcome to an evening of immersive sound. Allow the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, drum, voice, and other instruments to relax your conscious mind and take you on a journey deeper into yourself. The evening will start with an opening invitation to ground yourself with a custom tea blend designed to support your nervous system. We will then transition into sound while you relax or meditate in your cozy nest. At the end of the sound journey, we will welcome you back with some group chanting and chimes to seal the practice. What to bring: - Bring your own mug - Comfort items, like a mat, blanket, pillows, and/or crystals- we'll be on the floor. - Your whole self Saturday, September 26 Doors at 6:45pm.
