Full Moon Cacao & Transformational Breathwork Ceremony

Join us for a connective and creative evening of community spirit and inner journeying in ceremony with Cacao, Connective Practices, and somatic healing through Transformational Breathwork. The time of the Full Moon is an energy peak, like the crest of a cosmic energy wave that's been building throughout the lunar month. It is a time of recharging and letting go of what is no longer serving us, ready to start fresh and clear with a powerful vision and intention for our lives. 🌕 October's Full Moon precedes Samhain, a time when the veil is thin and our connection to the spirit realms is strong! We'll explore our connection to the realm of spirit and the ever-present guidance of our ancestors in this special ceremony under the light of the full October moon. 🎃 ☕️ Cacao is a medicine of the heart who shows us how to open more deeply to our authentic selves. We will work with the cacao through intention-setting, partner and group connection, and guided meditation, and then explore some guided pranayama practices to release physical and energetic blockages in preparation for our transformational breathwork journey. 🌬️ Transformational Breathwork helps us to deepen our inner connection, improve our physical vitality, elevate mental and emotional clarity, and awaken our spiritual connection. It works by helping you to bypass the conscious mind and move into the subtle body to access the deeper layers of emotion, while gently supporting the nervous system. A breathwork journey is a highly effective way to move stuck energy and tap into a deeply intuitive state while remaining grounded in the body! We will open our space by welcoming the spirit of Cacao and our helping plants for this ceremony, working with sound, guided visualization and embodiment practices to open our hearts to her medicine .
