Join us for Breathwork & Himalayan Singing Bowl Sound Bath with Geoff & Ocean during August Full Moon in the sign of Aquarius. Full Moon is a time of heightened energy, activity, and emotions, which can open up a window to manifest deepest intentions and aspirations as well as release what has been fulfilled. For the Full Moon this month, we will learn about the energy of Aquarius and its lessons. Geoff will lead us through Pranayama meditation and Ecstatic Breathwork exercises to help our bodies unwind, release, and relax into trance while Ocean will enhance the experience with Soundscape journey to help the body feel harmonized, grounded, centered, and uplifted. We also have props available if you don’t have them :) Try not to eat a heavy meal at least 1 hour prior to our gathering. About Ocean: Ocean is an aspiring Taoist Priest/Priestess from Thailand. He received his Chinese Medicine degree from Bastyr University, 200hr yoga teacher training from Ananda Institute of Living Yoga, and Singing Bowl Therapy Techniques from Atma Buti Sound and Vibrational School. In his practice, Ocean is passionate about providing therapeutic experience for his clients through an integrative session of Acupuncture, Sound healing, Thai massage, Thai oil massage, and Energy medicine.
