About this event

Join us for a beginner's sourdough breadmaking class! In this class, you'll learn stretch and fold techniques and how to work with different types of flour. Sample fresh bread and take home a sourdough starter to continue baking, while supplies last. Presented by Teresa Gill, Glass House Bakery. Sponsored by the Friends of the Fairwood Library. Registration not required. Space is limited to 35 participants. Free tickets will be available at the door 30 minutes before program start. First come, first seated. Reasonable accommodation for people with disabilities is available by request. Email access@kcls.org at least seven days before the event.
