About this event

Jim Placxo of the Chicago Society for Space Studies presents an exciting look at how humanity can successfully establish permanent human settlements across the Solar System. The journey begins with the advent of commercial space stations and continues with the establishment of human settlements on the Moon, the first human outposts on Mars, and the development of orbital space colonies. Also addressed will be the challenges and benefits of this brave new future. Accessibility Need sign language interpretation or other accessibility assistance for this event?
