In this workshop, you'll be held in a warm, compassionate community as you explore why forgiveness can feel so impossible (even when you genuinely want it), and what's actually happening in your body when you're stuck in resentment or regret. Through somatic movement and embodied practice, you'll begin releasing the energy that's been blocking you — not by forcing it, not by pretending what happened was okay, but by giving your body permission to finally set it down.
