Conference Room. Travel from Dayton to Oz in this all-ages program blending local history with The Wizard of Oz and works by Dayton author Jack Snow. Explore themes of imagination and resilience while connecting his stories to Dayton’s legacy of innovation, including the achievements of the Wright Brothers. Participants will decorate “yellow bricks” inspired by the road to Oz and reflect on personal journeys of discovery. We’ll also highlight local landmarks like Carillon Historical Park while celebrating the city’s creative spirit.
