About this event

A well-trained, effectively onboarded nonprofit Board of Directors can still flounder if Board members are not engaged in meaningful work that uses their skills, experiences, and community connections. In this session, we will explore ways to keep all of your Board members engaged in helping the nonprofit reach its goals. This four-part series, happening weekly throughout October, will explore the necessary board policies, volunteer management strategies, and distribution of power needed for Board members and Executive Directors to move nonprofits forward.
