Friendship Skills with Valley Cities

An interactive mental health workshop for kids and teens that focuses on building confidence in social situations and navigating common friendship challenges in healthy, respectful ways. Through guided discussion, simple activities, and creative exercises, participants will learn and practice key friendship skills such as communication, empathy, boundaries, and problem-solving. This supportive session encourages connection, self-awareness, and positive peer relationships.
