Friday the 13th: Presented by See It On 16mm

Our long-running Friday the 13th on Friday the 13th series returns to where it all began with the 1980 original, this time projected on celluloid by our friends at See It On 16mm! The story takes place at Camp Crystal Lake, a seemingly idyllic summer camp with a dark past. As a group of young counselors prepares to reopen the camp, they find themselves stalked by a mysterious killer. One by one, they fall victim to grisly attacks, culminating in a shocking twist. With its clever kills and iconic score, the Friday the 13th franchise has become a staple over here at The Frida. We’ve played every entry in the series (except the remake) over the past ten years, and even ran a marathon of all ten movies last year. It seems like old traditions…won’t die! Let’s go back to where it all began!
