On the 1st and 3rd Fridays of each month, there will be a free movie matinee in the Library’s Community Room. The movies, all curated by Librarian Linda Reimer, are selected with adult viewers in mind. No need to sign up, just show up. This Month’s Matinee Movie will be: Murder by Death, written by Neil Simon and directed by Robert Morse and starring Peter Falk, Alec Guinness, Maggie Smith and Peter Sellers. Released in 1976, the film is rated PG and runs 1h 35m. The Plot: Five famous literary detective characters and their sidekicks are invited to a bizarre mansion to solve an even stranger mystery.
