Friday Frequency - Breathwork + Sound - Rest & Receive

Registration is required through this link to attend. Signing up through Meetup only will not hold your spot. Advance registration is required; walk-ins are not admitted. This circle is intentionally limited to 12 to preserve depth, safety, and intimacy. First Friday Frequency is a co-facilitated breath and sound journey led by Kristin Adams (Satori Minds) and Benina Drake (Elevated Energy). #### This Month’s Theme: Rest & Receive In a world that constantly asks us to do more, sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is pause. This ceremony is an invitation to let go of the pressure, soften into the present moment, and allow yourself to simply receive. Through the breath, you'll reconnect with the peace, nourishment, and renewal that become available when you stop striving and start listening. And - when the monthly theme doesn’t immediately resonate, the breath still meets you exactly where you are and supports the healing your body is ready for. What makes this session special? This isn’t a performance or a script. It’s a field. We follow energy. Breath and sound weave in real time to meet the room, soften what’s bracing, and open a path back to calm and clarity. #### *This Session is Designed For Sensitive, intuitive humans seeking a safe space for emotional release Those holding grief or chronic emotional tension Anyone navigating transition, burnout, or spiritual disconnection Beginners or seasoned seekers. No experience necessary Those ready to shift from doing... into being. #### What You’ll Receive A soft, supported container to release what’s heavy Tools for emotional clarity and resilience A reset of your inner state through breath, body, and presence Connection with your own intentions, and like-hearted community And most importantly, it’s a space to breathe as yourself. #### Session Flow: What to Expect Arrival + Introductions → Opening Sound…
